Capt. Locke Story 1

Capt. Locke is a shark Beastfolk from the Draconic Depths. He serves as the captain of the armed warship, the Proud Shark. His formal name is written as Capt. Locke, and when pronounced, there should be a slight pause between "Capt." and "Locke." However, most people, including himself, find it a bit tedious and simply call him "Captlocke" or Captain Locke. Although he is affiliated with the Draconic Depths, it seems that he isn't particularly fond of the dragon Beastfolks.

Capt. Locke Story 2

With the Proud Shark, Capt. Locke takes on various adventures across the seas. However, he sometimes carries out cargo delivery tasks or hosts cruise parties upon request from the dragon Beastfolks of the Draconic Depths. The cruise parties hosted aboard the Proud Shark are renowned throughout WOOFIA, and tickets for these events often sell out in a frenzy. From the experiences shared by attendees, it is considered a once-in-a-lifetime must-do experience.

Capt. Locke's personality is just as wild as he appears. He is not the type of disciplined captain that only follows the rules. To be blunt, he can even be described as a bit chaotic. It's not uncommon to see him causing a ruckus on social media with some bizarre incident he caused in the Draconic Depths. Although he may not realize it himself, his unruly and carefree personality seems to make him quite popular among his crew, quite a unique charm exclusive to Captain Locke.

Capt. Locke Story 4

Capt. Locke has a noticeable speech quirk where he often laughs with a "kaha" or "gaha" sound. While distinctive, it also comes across as quite sarcastic to others. This may be linked to his past as a pirate. Though he graduated from a formal military academy, he never pursued a position as an oceanic patrol officer or anything related to the Draconic Depths. Instead, he ended up becoming a pirate, likely due to some unresolved issues with his academy peer, Ocean Patrol Officer, Orem. To be fair, while Capt. Locke is undeniably striking and charismatic as a captain, his personality is much better suited for a pirate.
