Golden Ryder, the Equinian, is actually called Delkon. His nickname, Golden Ryder, is usually used during races, while his actual name is less known. He grew up alongside Rodd, and their relationship is... well, it's hard to say for sure. They get along, but every time they talk, they end up quarreling.
In the Equinian community, Delkon is responsible for the rickshaw business. The service originally started in the Seiran Wakoku area, but recently became available in Section Hunk as well. If you want to meet him, all you have to do is make an appointment online... Though it's notoriously hard to get a reservation. If you manage to get onto a rickshaw pulled by him without a reservation, it'd surely be quite a pleasant surprise!
Delkon's muscular physique and outgoing personality have earned him a large fan base. But his biggest flaw is that he's widely recognized as extremely unable to read the room. For example, in an Equinian racing event, if Jet Black and he are in the same race, he will always stay just a little bit ahead of Jet Black, effortlessly chatting away with him. Instead of treating it like a race, it comes off more like he's seeing the other as a mere pacemaker. No wonder Jet Black seems to hold a bit of a grudge against him, as he's genuinely trying to win the race... If you ask Delkon about his relationship with Jet Black, he'll tell you that they're super close friends. But if you ask Jet Black, you'll hear him go off in an unusual, angry rant about Delkon. Oh well, it looks like one of those love-hate relationships, right? They don't exactly hate each other, but their dynamics can be quite heated sometimes.
While at work, Delkon is the type who would happily chat about racing with customers, unlike Rodd. His enthusiastic personality makes it easy for him to have enjoyable interactions with others. As for his inability to read the room... well, that's up to each person's tolerance. Want some trivia about him? Like Rodd, he's quite well-known, so you can find plenty about him online. For example, he enjoys eating grilled meat a lot.
