Having returned from Seiran Wakoku, Lin Yuzhan is preparing to settle back in Section Hunk. He is a firework designer who specializes in crafting all kinds of fireworks and firecrackers. Friendly and straightforward by nature, he greets everyone with a genuine smile. Because he loves seeing people light up with joy, he fell in love with this craft that brings emotion and wonder to others. Once he starts working on fireworks, Lin Yuzhan shows an astonishing level of focus, as if the rest of the world simply fades away.
Lin Yuzhan seems to genuinely enjoy the thunderous crack of explosives. Coupled with his reflexive mindset of "just blow it up and be done with it," one can't help but wonder whether there's some latent radical streak buried deep inside him. Thankfully, he channels that enthusiasm into the art of creating beautiful fireworks. As a fireworks designer, Lin Yuzhan knows explosives inside and out. Which also means that if he ever takes a wrong turn, the consequences could be truly terrifying.
His studio is always piled high with vividly colored explosive materials and all kinds of detonating devices. If you ever get close to his workspace, remember this one rule: never touch anything just because it looks pretty. No one understands better than him which of those dazzling objects are dangerously explosive.
When Lin Yuzhan runs into a tough situation, he'll still wear his usual bright, cheerful smile, yet sometimes let slip some alarming remarks in an almost casual tone—like "Or we could just blow it up." or "Explosives are like medicine. Use them right, and they work wonders!"—all while lightly swinging his firework launcher as if it were nothing. The scary part is that, judging by his tone, Lin Yuzhan doesn't seem to be joking at all. In that sense, he carries a subtle but unmistakable aura of a dangerous individual.
