Racles is a red panda Beastfolk who runs a tavern on Rodney Volcanoes, and he is also the wine merchant for the many celebrations held in WOOFIA. He and Dallawan have been friends for a long time in addition to being business partners.

Racles is a man who always cracks vulgar jokes and has a laid-back personality. You should just silently drink on the sidelines if you are not used to interacting with people like this. When he's in a good mood, he'll buy everyone a drink, but he will yell at them if they ask him to do it themselves.

Racle's tavern is well-liked and has a distinct character. You can always spend a memorable evening drinking at the tavern if you are visiting Rodney Volcanoes for the wrestling event or the fire dances. The style and atmosphere there are not quite the same as in a normal bar, but it's more laid-back and upbeat, so it's highly recommended to try it out.

Racles placed a sizable notice board inside the tavern because he believed that tavern owners ought to commision the customers they liked. It appears more like a romantic gathering spot for adventurers rather than a tavern because of the numerous unforeseen commissions.
