Those that dwell there have a long and illustrious heritage, enjoying a high-end lifestyle. Their main pastime is collecting rare treasures from all over WOOFIA. Due to their noble status, interacting with them often leaves people under immense pressure, as if they were always being looked down upon. And Tyrantino is a prime example of this typical dragon Beastfolk personality.
Tyrantino runs an entertainment venue in the Draconic Depths, where the minimum bet is quite a fearsome amount. Many people become so addicted to the games that they end up gambling away their entire fortune, living tragic lives afterward. There are also cases where people wager everything they have, only to end up as lifelong slaves in the Draconic Depths, which is quite terrifying.
Regarding Tyrantino's personality, as mentioned above, he embodies the typical dragon traits. He dislikes mediocre people and carries a certain arrogance deep in everything he does. He also enjoys collecting precious treasures. By "treasures," it's not just any rare artifact but people he finds intriguing. In the eyes of others, it's often impossible to understand what's so special about those he chose at first glance.
